Corporate culture
Three statements that describe how the company actually works — in the laboratory, on the plant floor, and in the way we answer a customer.
Corporate culture
Scientific rigour, integrity
Every claim about a compound is backed by a route, a specification and an analysis. If a batch does not meet the agreed specification, it does not ship — that is the whole policy.
Corporate spirit
Professional, harmonious, advancing
Chemists, engineers and sales work from the same specification sheet. A question asked by a customer reaches the person who can answer it, rather than stopping at an inbox.
Business objective
Intensive innovation, collaboration, sharing
Investment goes into routes and capability rather than into volume alone, and long-term partnerships with universities and manufacturers are treated as part of the production system.
Culture is what happens when nobody is auditing
- Analytical release testing is done before dispatch, not after a complaint
- Documentation is issued with the goods rather than on request
- Where a route cannot meet a specification, we say so before quoting
- Confidential customer structures stay confidential
