What we collect
When you submit an inquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, telephone number, country, the product or CAS number you are interested in, the quantity and the text of your message. We also record the page you sent the form from and the IP address of the request, which we use only for spam prevention and abuse investigation.
Why we collect it
To answer your inquiry, to prepare a quotation, to fulfil an order and to keep the commercial records that accounting and export law require. We do not use inquiry details for advertising and we do not sell or rent them.
Legal basis
We process inquiry data on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent box before submitting the form, and on the basis of performing a contract where your inquiry leads to an order.
Who sees it
Inquiry details are visible to the sales and technical staff who handle your request. They are transmitted by email to our sales mailbox and stored in this website's database. We share them with third parties only where necessary to fulfil your order — for example a freight forwarder or a customs broker — or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve the commercial relationship and to satisfy record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your inquiry earlier, unless we are required to retain it.
Cookies
This website sets only the cookies required for it to function, such as those used by the content management system for logged-in administrators. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no third-party advertising pixels are embedded in these pages.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the inquiry database is restricted to authorised staff accounts. We keep the software on the server up to date, but no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date.
