4-heptyloxy-butyraldehyde (CAS 65885-35-0) is a semiochemical used to build lures, traps and monitoring programmes for integrated pest management.

It is the synthetic pheromone component used in lures and monitoring systems for Asian longhorned beetle (Anoplophora glabripennis), Citrus longhorned beetle (Anoplophora chinensis).
